Ingredients:

Raw ground peanut — 250 gr
Sugar-sand — 1 tbsp.
Salt — 0.5 tsp.
Sunflower oil refined — 2 tbsp.

Preparation:

Ingredients:

400-500 grams of smoked ham
4 eggs
1 sweet pepper
1 cucumber
1 can (350 g) of canned corn
A small bunch of fresh dill
Mayonnaise

Preparation:

Cook hard boiled eggs, wash the Bulgarian pepper, cucumber and dill in cold water, drain the corn. Then cut the eggs into a large bowl. Add the corn and mix. Cut the ham into thin long pieces and add them to the bowl.

Ingredients: 

Grapefruit red — 1 piece
Sugar — 0.3 cups
Water — 1/2 cup
Mint leaves — 1/2 cup
Rum white — 3/4 cup

Preparation:

Bring to a boil sugar and water. Then remove from heat, add mint leaves, close the lid and leave for about 10 minutes. Strain into a bowl and refrigerate. With a fruit knife, cut the zest with a long stripe from the grapefruit. Put in a bowl and pour rum. Cover and leave for about 30 minutes.

400 g of lemon
200 g of sugar
80 g of ginger
5 grams of quick-acting yeast
Mint — to taste

Preparation:

To begin with, the root of ginger should be peeled and grated on a large grater. Then, pour 100 ml of warm water into the yeast, mix and leave in the heat until the foam appears. From lemons squeeze the juice and coarsely chop their peel. Before dissolving stir sugar in a liter of water, add ginger, lemon peel and juice, pour in yeast — the liquid must completely fill the used for cooking juice dishes.
Seal the container with a latex glove and leave in a warm sunny place for 2 days. When juice is ready, strain it and pour it into bottles, put it away for a few days in the fridge, after which it can be drunk. This juice has a sweet-vigorous taste, it turns out slightly aerated.

Shrimp Cucumber Roll

Ingredients:

1 large cucumber
4 cherry tomatoes
8 king prawns
1/2 cup rice vinegar
Sugar — 3 items of l.
Avocado
Lime juice
Rukkola — for decoration

Preparation:

First mix in a small iron container sugar and rice vinegar. Then heat until dissolved and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Cucumber cut into thin plates, pour the prepared mixture and put in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
In the meantime, peel the shrimp, string on the toothpicks, so that the shrimps are elongated, not bent into the half-arches. Cook them for 2 minutes, then cool and remove the shrimp from the toothpicks.
Avocado cut into thin slices and sprinkle with lime juice. Tomatoes, too, cut into slices. Beef — 1 kg
