Cheese Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

500 gr of processed cheese
400 gr of peeled shrimp
400 gr of potatoes
250 grams of carrots
2 tsp. Dried parsley
1 tsp. Salt

Preparation:

First in boiling salted water (1.5 liters) you need to dissolve the cream cheese. Best suited soft cheese without additives. Peel potatoes, cut into small cubes and put in water with cheese. Boil prililizitelno 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Peel the carrots on a fine grater. The finely grated carrots are then almost invisible in the soup, but it conveys good color and taste to it. Lightly fry carrots in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes. Do not allow it to fry, it should just become a little softer.
When the potatoes are cooked, you need to put carrots and peeled shrimps in the soup. Once again bring the soup to a boil, try the salt, if necessary — salt. At the very end, sprinkle the greens in the soup, stir and turn off the fire. Cover and let stand for half an hour. Serve hot. To this soup croutons (breadcrumbs) of white bread are perfect.
