Almond Soup Recipe
150 g stale white bread
150 g roasted almonds
3 cloves garlic
100 ml of olive oil «extra virgin»
30 ml of dry sherry or dry white wine
700 ml of drinking water
juice of half a lemon
200 g of large white and dark grapes
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Advance strongly cooled drinking water, let it be the ice. Cut large slices of bread, pour 200 ml of cold potable water and leave for 10 minutes.

An hour before feeding, remove the grapes from the branches, cut in half, and each grape with a toothpick or the tip of a sharp thin knife, remove any bones.
