Amaretto Chicken Recipe
chicken fillet 4 pcs.
200 ml cream
Amaretto 120 ml
green onion 3 tbsp
2 tablespoons capers
garlic 3 cloves
1 In a large skillet, melt 50 g butter. Fry the chicken on both sides, to shift into a baking dish.
2 Add to the pan the same amount of butter, fry the chopped green onions, finely chopped garlic and mushrooms. The mixture to shift to the chicken.
3 All the same pan pour the cream, Amaretto, add grated cheese. Warm over medium heat. Add capers, stir, pour prepared sauce chicken.
Furnace 4 in the oven at 175 degrees for 40 minutes. Chicken fillet baked with amaretto sauce is ready.
