Minced pig-beef — 300 g
Raw egg — 1 pc.
Potatoes medium size — 3 pieces.
Tomato — 1 pc.
Onions — 1 pc.
Cheese durum — 150 g
Mayonnaise (or sour cream) — 100 g
Salt — to taste
Spices — to taste
Vegetable oil — for greasing form
In the finished pig-ground beef add 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste. Mix.
Raw potatoes cleanse and cut into thin slices.
At the bottom of greased form laid with sliced potatoes, salt.
To potatoes cooked quickly and was juicy casserole, pour the sauce on top — for the sauce mix 4 tbsp. tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of boiled water, spices and salt.

Fresh tomatoes cut into slices and lay on the ground beef.
Make a mesh of mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
We put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 35 minutes.
