Ingredients:
4 trout fillets
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chopped shallots
1 tbsp chopped thyme leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper
Preparation:
1 For the sauce, mix the honey, salt, thyme, chopped shallots and chili powder.
2Podgotovlennoe trout fillet shift in shape (meal) for baking.
3Smazat fish will get honey sauce and bake under a hot broiler (heater in the upper part of the oven) for 10-12 minutes.
4Podaetsya trout in honey, baked in foil, a favorite garnish.
