Bechamel Sauce Recipe
Butter 4 tablespoons
Wheat flour ¼ cup
Milk 2 cups
Salt to taste
Ground white pepper to taste
Pinch ground nutmeg

1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the flour and mix well with a wooden spoon. Fry for 1-2 minutes, until the flour begins to change color slightly.
3. Slowly enter the milk, stirring constantly and breaking up lumps.
4. Cook until the sauce begins to thicken, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper and add nutmeg.
