Beef stew recipe

Ingredients:

800 gr of beef
500 ml chicken or meat broth
400 grams of tomatoes in own juice
100 g canned chili peppers
1 large onion
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp. Vegetable oil
Salt — to taste

Preparation:

Cut the meat into small pieces. Then chop the onion and garlic finely. Just finely chop the peppers. In the saucepan, heat 1 tbsp. Vegetable oil. Fry the meat to a ruddy crust from all sides. Transfer the meat into the fire-resistant pot. Put onions and garlic in a saucepan, fry, stirring okol for 3-4 minutes. Pour broth and mix.
Pour the contents of the saucepan to the meat, add the mashed tomatoes along with the juice. Add chopped peppers and salt to taste. Cover the dishes with foil, then cover and put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. Leave to stew for about 1.5-2 hours. Ready stew to stand at room temperature under the lid for about half an hour and then serve to the table.
