Beer-Roasted Pork Shoulder


2.5 kg of pork
100 ml of beer
3 onions
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons cumin
1 tablespoon starch
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon salt
2 tsp black pepper


1 Prepare a mixture of vegetable oil, cumin, mustard, crushed garlic, salt and pepper marinade.
2 Give soak pork shoulder marinated for half an hour, chop onion rings. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
3 Put the onions in the pan, pour the beer and put on top of the meat (fat side down) and hide the top layer of foil. Bake blade hour, and then turn the piece and continue baking for another 2.5 hours.
4 Put the meat in a dish, let stand for 20 minutes and cut into portions chunks, juice and fat from the roasting pour into the pan. Post a liquid to boil, add the butter, melt, add the starch diluted in a couple of spoonfuls of water, reduce the heat to a minimum. Stir, boil the sauce until thickened about 5-8 minutes.
5 Pork shoulder roasted with beer, poured sauce, served hot to the table.
