Berry mousse dessert recipe
Apple 4 pieces
Egg 2 pieces
lemon 1 piece
We take the sour apples, clear of the core of the chop, send in a large saucepan, add 4 cups of blueberries, pour 2/3 cup water and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
Squeeze the lemon juice, add a sachet of gelatine and leave to swell and then dissolve the water bath until completely dissolved grains.
Wipe fruit and berry mixture through a sieve. Add the gelatin, beaten egg whites, stir, and decompose on the shaper. Put cool to gelling.
We spread the mousse, decorate with berries and mint leaves. Serving with whipped cream. Bon Appetit!
