Broccoli Cheese Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

broccoli 200 g
champignons 5-7 pcs.
cream cheese 2 pcs.
potatoes 1-2 pcs.
carrot 1 pc.
olive oil
salt

Preparation:

Fry the champignon pieces for about 10 minutes with grated carrots. Divide the broccoli into inflorescences, cut the potatoes into cubes. Let the water boil, put all the ingredients, add salt, boil for 10 minutes. Pour chilled and grated syrups into the soup, stir, let them dissolve. Sprinkle the cheese soup with dill, serve with ruddy wheat crumbs.
