Broccoli Side Dish Recipes

Ingredients:

500g broccoli
200g green beans
250g carrots (baby carrot)
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
1 bunch of parsley
Salt

Preparation:

Put to boil 2 pots with water, one for broccoli and one for carrots and beans. Then all my vegetables and herbs. Parse the broccoli into florets. In boiling water, throw the beans and carrots. Cook about 10 minutes, until tender. At the same time cook the broccoli, drop into boiling salted water and cook for about 7-10 minutes, until tender.

Cooked carrots lay in a bowl, beans and broccoli leans colander and doused with ice water. Since the vegetables retain their beautiful green color. Cut the beans in tails and cut into 3-4 parts. Heat the oil in a frying pan. We squeeze in garlic oil and diminish the heat to very little. Immediately lay in the pan vegetables and gently stir.

Fry for about 2-3 minutes. While the vegetables in a frying pan, chopped parsley, preferably very finely. We shift the vegetables in a deep dish, season with salt, add the parsley and lemon juice. Gently mix.
