Cake with cranberry
180 g flour
250 g of sugar
100 g sour cream
1 packet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt 300 g cranberries
100-150 of pine or walnut
We sift flour with baking powder and salt. Egg whisk with a mixer or in a blender with 100 grams of sugar, add 70 grams of softened butter and sour cream, stir again.
Putting the resulting mixture to the flour mixture and knead the dough. Melt the remaining butter in a baking dish, add the remaining sugar and stir, keeping the fire for 3 minutes.
Add the cranberries and walnuts, stir and remove from heat. On berries and nuts evenly pour the dough and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45 minutes.
After turning off the fire leave the cake in the oven for another 10 minutes, then pull out, cover a flat dish and turn shape.
The cake can be served with ice cream.
