Ingredients:
Red dessert wine — 1.5 cups
Sugar — 150 gr
Starch — 3 tbsp
Salt — 1/8 tsp
Chopsticks ledentsov
Preparation:
Red wine, boil on low heat in a small pan, until the liquid is reduced three times, about 20-25 minutes. Then remove from heat and cool completely. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, and wine cooled down. Stir until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until sugar is dissolved. Pour the liquid in molds, insert sticks and leave ledentsy solidify.
