Casserole with turkey and vegetables


Turkey fillets — 85-100 gr .;
Frozen vegetables — 150 gr .;
Egg — 1 pc .;
Low-fat milk — 80 ml .;
Low-fat cheese — 20 gr .;
Mustard — 0.5 tsp.;
Garlic — cloves 0.5;
Seasoning salt pepper — to taste


Vegetables, of course, you can take any, I love all kinds of frozen mixtures (especially out of season, they will be useful «fresh» from the supermarket). Here I have broccoli, cauliflower, tiny carrots and cabbage romanesco.

Defrost the vegetables, mix with grated garlic and place in a baking dish.

Turkey cut into small pieces.

Let us fill — omletnuyu mass.

Egg whisk with salt, pepper, favorite seasonings (I took a seasoning for chicken, thyme and dried basil), here it is, add the mustard.

Pour in the milk and whisk lightly. All in all, as any ordinary omelet.

On Vegetables Put the turkey.

Fill omlet weight as evenly as possible.

Top rub the cheese and bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
