Goat Cheese, Grape, and Pistachio Truffles Recipe
large sweet grapes
cream cheese (I Karat with herbs) 140 g
cheese (Dor Blue) 40 g
pistachios (weight with shell) 120g
Grapes dry wash, cut off from the branches. It is better if the grape is blue, so spectacular. I had a red-pink. I pulled out the bones. Each grape notched up no end.
Mix cheese or other sharp cheese and curd cheese. Cool.
Pistachio shells from clear and, if possible, from the husk. Chop knife into crumbs.
Each berry grapes stick round cheese mixture to obtain a uniform and roll in the pistachios.
Fold balls into a container and put into cold.
Serve as an appetizer.
