Cheese sauce for pasta
sour cream 225 ml. (or fresh cream)
cheese «Parmesan» 75g.
smoked ham 350 gr.
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
4 pieces of chicken eggs.
garlic 2 dollars.
spices to taste
salt to taste
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.
Eggs break: egg yolks separated from whites and spread in different bowls. Whisk the egg yolks with the cream with a mixer or a whisk for whipping special. Take a grater (or food processor) and rub it on the cheese «Parmesan». Cut the ham finely.
Step 2: Cook the sauce.
Take the pan. Pour it all in olive oil and place the pot on a small fire. Wait until the heat up olive oil in a pan and add the garlic. Cook for about 1 minute. Step 4: Serve.
