Ingredients:
- chicken fillet 500 g
- cream cheese 400 g
- potatoes 400 g
- onions 150 g
- carrots 150 g
- rice 150 g
- water 3 l
- ground black pepper
- greens
- salt
Preparation:
- Pour chicken three liters of water, salt and pepper, boil until tender, to get the meat. Pour in the boiling broth to the rice, boil 10 minutes, add diced potato, grated carrot, diced onion, cook for about 7 minutes.
- Add chopped meat, cook soup with chicken and rice until tender the potatoes, add cheese, stir, remove from heat, serve with greens.
