Cheesy Mushroom Recipe
Ingredients:
250 g of mushrooms
1.5-2 cups of milk
55 gr of flour
55 gr of butter
30 gr grated Parmesan
1/2 small onion
1 leek (only white part)
1 small clove of garlic
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp. Ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
1 tbsp. olive oil
Lemon juice
Preparation:
Pass through a meat grinder a white part of a leek and onions, and also rub garlic. Then wash and clean the mushrooms, then cut them. Heat the oil in a frying pan and salve the onions for about a minute. Add the leek and garlic to the frying pan, and continue cooking on medium heat. Put the mushrooms and give them time to bake. Put the cooked mushrooms in a plate and cover with foil.
Melt the butter, add the flour and cook the stew for about 2 minutes, stirring. Pour in the milk, bring to a boil and let it thick. If necessary, add more milk, but do not overdo it, since still add lemon juice. Salt and pepper the sauce, return the mushrooms to the frying pan. Add 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Give the sauce time to budge — about 5 minutes. Rub parmesan and add it to the mushrooms. Finish with parsley.
