Cherry Mousse Recipe
apple puree 120 grams
semolina 30 grams
cherry syrup, 30 ml
Mix apple sauce and a glass of water, put on fire and bring to a boil. Trickle introduce semolina, cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes, add the syrup and cool.
