Cherry Mushroom Sauce Recipes
cherry tomatoes 200g
cream 35% 100 g
onion 1 clove
garlic 2 cloves
1 Wash mushrooms. Cut into slices or into four pieces each. cherry tomatoes cut into halves, onion — small cubes. Preheat a frying pan olive oil, fry the garlic cloves, cut in half, remove the slices.
On 2 garlic butter fry the onions until clear, then add the mushrooms and boil the liquid 5 — 7 minutes. Add the tomatoes and fry for another 5 minutes. Then pour heavy cream, warm over medium heat for 10 — 12 minutes.
3 tomatoes can replace the usual cherry, cut into pieces. Ready creamy mushroom sauce with cherry tomatoes served with boiled buckwheat, rice, potatoes, pasta or boiled meat. Before serving, stir the sauce with a side dish and warm up a few minutes under the lid, or just sprinkle them on top of the dish.
