Chicken And Mushroom Pasta Recipe
225 g pasta
450g chicken breast
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup white wine
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated cheese (parmesan, cheddar or mozzarella)
Salt and pepper — to taste
Mix the chopped chicken, a tablespoon of mustard, 1 clove of garlic. Then season with salt and pepper. Leave the chicken to marinate for a while while doing other ingredients. In a frying pan heat the olive oil and fry the mushrooms until brown state. Then add the squeezed garlic clove. Remove from heat mushrooms.
