Ingredients:
Chicken breast — 1 pc
Mushrooms — 250g
Zucchini medium — 1 piece
Carrots average — 1 pc
Bulb big — 1 pc
Tomato big — 1 pc
Red pepper — 1 pc
Rast. Oil — 50 ml
Salt — 1 tsp
Black pepper — 0.5 tsp
Bitter red pepper — 1 tsp
Preparation:
Saute should cook over medium heat. In a heated pan pour oil, add chicken breast, cut into slices. Fry for 5 minutes. Then add the carrots, cut into large strips, and stir. Add mushrooms, sliced, stir. Add zucchini, peeled and sliced large straw and mix again. Add tomato, grated or chopped in a blender and mix. Add red pepper, sliced into strips and mix. Immediately add the onion, sliced into half rings and mix. Add salt, black pepper and red mix. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
