Chicken and Seafood Paella Recipe
150 g of rice;
2-3 cm chili;
2-3 cloves of garlic;
3 tbsp. l. olive oil;
200g chorizo sausage;
1 chicken breast;
300 g of white sea fish;
200 g shrimp;
300 g of squid;
400 g of fresh mussels in shells;
300 ml of broth;
200ml dry white wine;
turmeric, salt, paprika to taste.
On the wide, flat pan warm up the olive oil well. We throw finely chopped garlic, a few seconds later, add the diced onions. Fry until transparent, add the peeled skins and sliced tomatoes, and then — thin rings of chili.
Diced chicken lay in a pan, cook 5-6 minutes, stirring, then add the chorizo slices, pieces of fish, squid rings, unpeeled shrimp and mussels. Protushivaem 5-8 minutes Then add the rice, add salt, turmeric and paprika, stir, pour the wine and broth. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook until all the liquid boiling.
Serve with lemon and fresh herbs.
