Chicken marinated in Greek
Ingredients:
The chicken (legs, wings, pellets) — 2 kg
Yogurt (unscented) — 1 cup
Lemon (average) — 1 piece
Olive oil — 2 tbsp
Oregano powder — 1/2 tbsp
Ground black pepper — to taste
Fresh parsley — 1/4 bundle
Salt — 1/2 tsp
Garlic — 2 cloves
Preparation:
First, mix the yogurt, olive oil, crushed garlic, oregano, salt and black pepper. Add the lemon zest (grate it on a small grater) and the juice of half a lemon (about 2 tablespoons). Mix well, then add the chopped parsley. The marinade is ready. The marinade can put a little more garlic.
Place the chicken along with the marinade in a large plastic bag and close the bag, leaving it in the air. Massage the bag to mix well the marinade and meat, and send it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Now you can fry the marinated chicken in a frying pan or on the grill, and bake in the oven. For the latter, heat the oven to 190 degrees and place the chicken in a roasting pan or kasserol. Send in the oven for 45-60 minutes or until chicken is golden brown.
