For the noodles:
100 g flour
¼ tsp salt.
For the soup:
To prepare the noodles in a small bowl put the sifted flour, add salt and beat the egg. Gently mix the ingredients with a fork to start. Knead the dough. The dough is put into the bag and leave for 20 minutes.
Then roll out the dough thinly (the dough is rolled out and tight turns bad). Leave a layer of rolled out dough for 10 minutes so that it dried up.
Next layer of dough sprinkled with flour and palm distribute it over the dough. You can roll up the dough and roll the dough very thinly cut into long strips. I cut the dough into thin strips, 3 — 4 cm wide, folded in on each other and cut into thin small strips.

The remaining carrots and onions to clean, cut into small diced onions, carrots grate. Fry in vegetable oil until soft and put it in the soup.
The meat separated from the bones and skin, cut into small pieces and put in the soup, salt and pepper.
Add cooked noodles, and cook 7 minutes all together, turn off the heat, add the finely chopped parsley.
