Ingredients:

red onion 1 piece
vegetable oil
thyme
150 ml cream
Cherry tomatoes
iceberg lettuce
Chinese cabbage
salt
black pepper
Preparation:
Boil the potatoes in their skins. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil and a sprig of thyme, fried chicken liver, then pour 20% cream, salt, pepper to taste and simmer 10 minutes.
