Chicken Stew


chicken Home — 1 piece
Tomatoes — 5 pcs
Onions — 3 pcs
Sweet pepper — 1 pc
hot peppers — 1 pc
Garlic — 3-4 cloves
herbs: cilantro, basil, parsley — beam
salt — to taste


Cut the carcass into portions.
Fry in preheated skillet, turning occasionally pieces of meat, about 15 minutes.
In doing crusades of washed tomatoes cuts and pour boiling water for one minute. Let cool then quickly under cold water and remove the skin.
Embark on a frying pan.
Simmer under the lid closed for 10 minutes.
Add the diced sweet and hot peppers.
Add salt to taste.
Onions cut into half rings cleaned.
Fry in vegetable oil until soft state.
Add the chopped garlic.
Luco Add garlic to the pan mass and simmer another 15 minutes (and maybe more — it all depends on the age of the chicken).
Chopped fresh herbs.
Add the meat and simmer another 5 minutes.
Serve with your favorite side dish, though I prefer to eat chakhokhbili as a separate dish)))
