Onions — 1 pc.
Garlic — 2
cloves of soy sauce — 1 tbsp
Flour — 1 tbsp
Walnut Muscat — 0.5 tsp
Lemon juice — 2 tbsp Salt
black pepper — to taste

Soak the chickpeas in water and leave for the night, in the morning wash and grind in a blender. Carrots grate, chop the onion and fry a little, chop the garlic. Nut mix with vegetables, salt and pepper, add the flour, a little sugar and pour the soy sauce. Molded patties, roll them in flour and fry until golden brown in olive oil. Ready meatballs can be served to the table with tomato sauce or vegetables.
