Chinese Chicken Fried Rice


Long grain rice 150 g
Eggs 3 pieces
Garlic cloves 2
Green onion 5 pieces
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
Green peas 125 g
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste


1. Boil the rice about 10-12 minutes, until almost cooked, but not to the full softness. Drain and rinse under cold water, drain again.

2. In a saucepan pour the eggs, whip a little, put on a little fire to heat, stirring occasionally, until they are a little grab.
3. The red-hot oil in a large wok. Add crushed garlic, chopped onions, boiled peas and fry, stirring, for 1-2 minutes. Add to wok rice, stir. Add egg, light soy sauce and a pinch of salt, mix well. Arrange on plates and garnish with chopped green onion and serve.
