Chinese Egg Noodle and Vegetable Stir Fry
Ingredients:
Egg noodles to taste
Pepper ½ pieces
Zucchini to taste
CUCUMBER ½ pieces
Green beans to taste
SOY SAUCE 3 tablespoons
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Preparation:
1. Cut pepper and cucumber sticks and zucchini — cubes. In addition to vegetables, you can add chicken or beef.
2. Boil the noodles (do not add any spices). Fold it and rinse.
3. While the noodles are cooked fry the vegetables in olive oil.
4. Reduce heat, pour the soy sauce (the sauce amount is adjusted depending on how it is salty) and put the noodles in the pan. All gently stirring for 2-3 minutes.
5. Put on a plate (you can sprinkle with sesame seeds).
