Chinese Fried Noodles with Shrimp
Egg noodles 225g
Peanut oil 2 tablespoons
Garlic 1 clove
Anise (star anise) ½ tablespoon
1 bunch green onions
Shrimp peeled 25 pieces
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Lime 1 piece
1. In the hot peanut oil in a wok, fry the garlic and ground star anise (star anise) for 30 seconds.
2. Add the chopped green onions and peeled tiger prawns and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
3. Add soy sauce, lime juice and pre-boiled for 2 minutes, egg noodles, stir all.
4. The resulting mixture fry over high heat for 1 minute, spread on plates, top to decorate with slices of lime
