Chinese Sweet and Sour Sauce
Ingredients:
fruit juice 125ml
onions 2 heads
ginger root 5 cm
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
dry white wine 2 tbsp
brown sugar 2 tbsp
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
apple vinegar 1 tbsp
starch 1 tbsp
garlic 2 cloves
Preparation:
1 To prepare the dish you need to beam the garlic and finely chop the ginger. In a frying pan heat the vegetable oil and put it in the prepared vegetables, saute until tender. When the onion is soft and transparent, the pan off the heat.
