Chocolate Orange Mousse Recipe

Ingredients:

Dark chocolate — 240 gr
Cream — 1 cup
Orange peel — 2 tbsp
Orange juice — 1 tbsp
Eggs — 3 pcs
Honey — 2 tbsp
Vinegar — 0,125 tsp

Preparation:

First whisk the cream with a mixer at medium speed. Then add the orange juice. Add orange zest and beat until thick. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites to vinegar until thick foam. Gradually add the honey. Chocolate slice and melt it in a water bath. Remove from heat and hammer the egg yolks.

Mix until smooth. Drive a quarter of the egg whites into the chocolate mixture. Gradually interfere with the protein and cream. Gently mix. Spread mousse on the cups and place in the refrigerator to cool for 2 hours.
