Chocolate Souffle Recipe
500 g fat-free yogurt
100 ml of skimmed milk
15-20 g gelatin
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons honey
1 Pour the gelatin in cold water (1 cup), wait half an hour before the swelling, pour the milk, honey, add cocoa, put on low heat, heat to dissolve the cocoa (do not boil!).
2 Add grated cheese through a sieve or ready skim cottage cheese, mix well, to shift into a blender, whisk until smooth.
