Chocolate Sponge Cake


for the biscuit:
condensed milk 350 g
125 g flour
25g cocoa
Eggs 2 pcs.
soda 1 tsp
500ml milk
sugar 150 g
70 g flour
25g cocoa
egg 1 pcs.
