Tart currants and sweet with cream cheese – nothing fancy, but that is the main «highlight» of this dish.

- milk 200 ml
- cheese 200 g
- the berries (fruit) 100 g
- sour cream 3 tbsp.
- sugar 3 tbsp.
- gelatin 10 g
Dissolve gelatin in cold milk, allow to stand for five minutes to swell. Put the saucepan on the stove a lot to heat, to boil not to bring. Gelatin needs to dissolve completely. Mixture to cool.
Separately combine sour cream with cottage cheese
Add sugar or honey to taste.
All the ingredients to grind using the immersion blender or mixer.
To add mass with gelatin, stir again.
Add berries or slices of any fruit, mix with a spoon.
- Ready mix for the souffle to pour in portion of the form and put in the refrigerator for two to three hours or overnight.
Dessert, garnish with fruit or berries and serve.
A dish best served in transparent cups. Dessert optionally sprinkle with grated chocolate and decorate with a leaf of mint green.
