Cottage cheese-berry souffle with sour cream

Tart currants and sweet with cream cheese – nothing fancy, but that is the main «highlight» of this dish.

Ingredients:

  • milk 200 ml
  • cheese 200 g
  • the berries (fruit) 100 g
  • sour cream 3 tbsp.
  • sugar 3 tbsp.
  • gelatin 10 g

Preparation:
