Cottage cheese casserole
Cottage cheese — 500 g
Sugar — 100 g
Semolina — 100g
Eggs — 2 pcs.
Butter — 50 g
Milk — 50 g
1. Cottage cheese through a sieve or mash with a fork.
2. Mix the softened butter with the sugar. I whip mixer, but can be mixed by hand.
3. Add eggs, milk, cottage cheese and semolina. All components mix well and leave for 40-45 minutes for swelling decoys.
4. Pour the mass into the prepared pan and bake in the oven at 170 degrees until golden brown. It takes 25-30 minutes. Serve with condensed milk or your favorite jam.
