Cottage Cheese Cheesecake
Ingredients:
cottage cheese 0% 400 g
milk 1% 100 g
cocoa powder 50 g
honey 20 g
gelatin
Preparation:
1 Apply gelatine in water to make it swell. Then drain the water, and gelatin dilute with warm milk, add cottage cheese, honey and cocoa powder. Ingredients beaten with a blender or mixer in a lush, homogeneous mass.
2 Pour into prepared molds and refrigerate until completely cooled. Decorate a chocolate cheesecake with a sprig of mint or an orange slice.
