Cream Cheese Jam Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients:

cream 25% 400 ml
350 g of the curd
Cookies 200g
100ml milk
gelatin 20 g
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa

Preparation:

1 Gelatin pour water for 10 minutes, then pour the milk and heat until dissolved gelatin, do not boil. Mix the grated cheese, sour cream, add the gelatin mass. Split into three parts.
2 First add the cocoa powder, the second — cookie crumbs, a third leave without additives. Put the mixture into a silicone form alternating layers. Put the jelly dessert with cream cheese in the fridge for a few hours. Turn onto a plate.
