Creamy soup with pear and celery


700-800 g celery root
2 large garlic cloves
3-4 pieces. shallots
4 pears durum
1 tbsp. l. olive oil
a few sprigs of parsley
2 h. L. fresh grated ginger
1 liter of vegetable broth


Step 1
Shallots and garlic peel and finely chop. Chop the parsley sprigs. In a large pot, heat the olive oil, add the ginger, vegetables and cook the entire mixture until soft.
Step 2
Celery root and pear peel and cut into cubes, then put them in a pan with other vegetables and pour the vegetable broth. Wait until boiling, then simmer until soft celery soup.
Step 3
Blender pyuriruyte soup, then add salt and fresh herbs.
step 4
Serve warm, if desired with toasted with cheese «cap.»
