Cucumber Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients:
Natural yoghurt 300 g
Cucumbers 3 pieces
Garlic cloves 2
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Cilantro (coriander) ½ beam
White wine vinegar 1 teaspoon
Parsley ½ beam
Dill ½ beam
Preparation:
1. Grate or finely chop the cucumber. Pour the extra juice to the sauce will be too runny. Garlic suppress the press, mix with cucumber and yogurt.
2. Add the finely chopped fresh herbs, olive oil and vinegar, mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve slightly chilled better.
