200 ml of skimmed milk
1/2 banana
3 Tamarind
2-3 tablespoons porridge (better to take steamed, Fast Food)
2 tsp honey
A handful of almonds
Pinch of cinnamon


All the ingredients must be mixed in the bowl of the blender and blend for 1 minute to puree. Then bring to the table, sprinkled with cinnamon.
