Easy Pork Chops with Sweet and Sour Glaze


200-400 grams of pork chops
2 tbsp butter
Salt pepper

Ingredients for the sauce:
1/4 cup balsamic sauce
3 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Red pepper — to taste


First you need to add salt and pepper to taste pork chops. Then, melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork chops and fry them for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Then place the pork chops for about 8-10 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven.

Now prepare the sauce. To do this you need to mix in a pot of balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, oregano, thyme and red pepper. Add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until sauce is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Serve pork chops sauce poured on top.
