Easy stuffed peppers


10-12 peppers
1 cup rice
4 large tomatoes
1 small zucchini
2 carrots
1 large onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
Vegetable oil
Pinch of sugar
Salt, black pepper — to taste


Figure need to boil in salted water until tender. Then thoroughly wash the vegetables. Carrots grate. Zucchini peel and cut into cubes. One tomato crosswise incision, drop a minute in boiling water, then peel. The flesh cut into cubes, the remaining three tomatoes separately grate. Onions and garlic cut into small cubes. Greens finely chopped.

Fry in vegetable oil, zucchini, onions and carrots until soft. Add them to the tomato, diced, and garlic. Simmer a few more minutes. Connect steamed vegetables with boiled rice, salt and pepper to taste. Add the chopped dill. Mix. Pepper cut the stalk and gently remove the seeds.

Stuff the peppers prepared rice-vegetable stuffing, put them in a pan or saucepan, add the tomatoes passed through a grater and a little water, salt to taste, add a pinch of sugar and cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes. When serving sprinkle with fresh herbs.
