Fish Soup Stew With Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients:

broccoli — 500g
Fillet of white fish — 500g
Fresh mushrooms — 300 gr
Sour cream — 100 gr
Butter — 30 gr
Onions — 1 pc
Dill — 1 bunch
Salt and pepper — to taste

Preparation:

Broccoli should be dismantled and blanch for 5 minutes in salted boiling water. Then rinse with cold water and allow the water to drain. Onion peel and cut into small cubes. Heat a large, deep saucepan and melt the butter there. Slightly put out the onions. Mushrooms wash, dry and cut into quarters. Add the mushrooms to the onions and fry for 5 minutes.

Fish fillets wet and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut into slices and add to the same pan. Cook about 5 more minutes. Pour into a saucepan a little liquid from the broccoli, add sour cream, broccoli, salt and pepper. To warm, sprinkle with chopped dill and serve.
