Ingredients:
4 large garlic cloves
1 egg yolk
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of water (or vinegar)
salt, lemon juice.
Preparation:
Crush the garlic, add the yolks and vegetable oil in a blender and blend to the consistency of mayonnaise, add salt.
Post to meat and poultry.
