Garlic Sause

Ingredients:

Butter 1 teaspoon
Wheat flour 1 tablespoon
Beef broth 1 cup
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 clove garlic
Salt to taste

Preparation:

1. Fry in a pan on medium heat the butter with the flour. Add the broth. Season with salt, vinegar enter. Istolchite garlic in a mortar, enter the mix.
2. Cook, stirring constantly, sauce in a small saucepan over low heat for 10 minutes. The sauce is very versatile and good for boiled meat, fish or poultry.
