Georgian Cuisine: Satsebeli Sauce Recipe
Walnut 300 g
½ garlic heads
Pepper red ground 1.5 teaspoons
Cilantro (coriander) ½ cup
Saffron Imeretian 1 teaspoon
Pomegranate juice ¾ cup
¾ cup chicken broth
Salt to taste
1. Nuts pound with pepper, salt, garlic and coriander, add the saffron Imereti.
