Green Sauce Recipe
Dispatched skillet eggs, pour cold water, put salt and heat. Cook until cooked for 10 minutes. When the egg is cooked, omit them in cold water.
Send the cream in a bowl. Add mustard, salt and stir. Shred parsley and green onions and add to the mixture of sour cream and mustard. Mix. There also add a little vegetable oil, a drop of vinegar, pepper and coarsely chopped egg. Mix again.
German Green sauce is ready. It goes well with boiled potatoes and bread. Bon Appetit!
