We send in the blender jar parsley leaves. Add salt. Clear the garlic, shred on a grater, and send to the parsley. Pour olive oil and crushed.
Cut some parsley leaves, add to the sauce and stir. Cut away the lemon peel, cut into thin strips, then — small cubes, add to the sauce and stir.
